An ideal solution for those who want to enjoy the Ligurian Riviera from above, in a bright, airy, and relaxing setting. The entrance leads to a comfortable and well-organized living room, furnished with a double sofa bed (which can also be converted into two single beds), a comfortable armchair, a TV, and a dining table. The rooms are simple yet elegant, designed for practicality and comfort both during the day and in the evening. The separate and functional kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cups, and glasses. The kitchen leads directly to the large private terrace, the true highlight of the home: an ideal space for al fresco dining, relaxing while admiring the sea, or simply enjoying the mild Riviera climate. The terrace also features space for hanging out laundry. The apartment sleeps four people in total. In addition to the sofa bed in the living room, there is a double bedroom furnished with a four-door wardrobe, bedside tables, and a chest of drawers, offering enough space for even longer stays. The recently renovated bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with sanitary ware, a large walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine, ensuring comfort and convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided and are included in the price based on the number of guests. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning; during the winter months, central heating is provided. There is no Wi-Fi connection. Private parking is available in a garage. Given the presence of a bus stop just minutes from the house, we recommend traveling by public transportation during the day, leaving your car parked, especially during the busiest periods in the summer. In the evening, when buses are unavailable and parking is easier and often free, you can easily use your car again. Pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access.
