Check-in instructions will be sent automatically from the system around 12 noon on the day of check-in. Q. Can I replenish amenities and consumables? A. We replenish amenities and consumables during your stay. As it is an unattended facility, please contact the staff as soon as possible if you need anything. As soon as we hear from you, our staff will deliver it to your room. (We are closed after 11 pm, so we cannot deliver.) Q. Can I leave my luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out? A. Unfortunately, we cannot store suitcases because it is an unattended facility. Please use the coin lockers at the station. Q. It seems that check-in will be late, is that okay? A. It is self check-in 24 hours a day, so you can check in anytime after 3 pm on the check-in date. Q. Can I pick up or mail my luggage? A. Because it is an unattended facility, we cannot help you. Do you clean the room? A. As this is an unmanned facility, we do not provide cleaning services during your stay. (For stays of 5 nights or less, the fee is 2,500 yen per time) Q: Can I smoke? A. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building. No e-cigarettes (including on the balcony). Q. Do you rent futons and pillows? A. We will lend them to you if we have them in stock. However, there is an additional fee of 3,000 yen for the addition of a futon during the stay. Q. Can I get a receipt? A. We will issue an electronic receipt after check-out, so please contact us after check-out if you need one. Q. What is the security deposit? A. You will not be charged at the time of booking. If you break or lose something in the room during your stay, you will be charged up to the amount of the security deposit. Q.
