We offer spacious accommodation on the ground floor of a family house with a sunny terrace, a garden with a fireplace and a warm welcome for your pets. The house is located directly on a bike path surrounded by nature, ideal for trips to the Adršpach Rocks, Babiččina údolí, or the Dvůr Králové Safari Park. The space Enjoy a relaxing stay in spacious accommodation on the ground floor of a family house with a sunny terrace, garden and private fireplace. The ideal place for families, couples, and your four-legged pets. - Spacious living room with a fireplace: equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a sofa bed (120 cm), a dining table and a TV. We can add a crib upon request. - Separate kitchen: fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and electric kettle. - Bathroom and toilet: a washing machine and a baby bathtub are available. The toilet is located separately. - Garden and terrace: Spacious outdoor seating overlooking the greenery with the option to relax in the garden. There is a grill, the necessary tools, and charcoal. The garden is fully fenced, but our fence will not prevent pets from escaping (low, not anchored low enough...), so it is not suitable for free movement of animals. Free parking is provided directly on the property. Slightly rising garden steps lead to the front door (about 50 m from the parking space). Important information about your stay - Privacy: We live upstairs above the accommodation and have our own separate entrance. The common staircase connecting the floors is separated by a partition. We have small children whom you will definitely hear at some point. Heating in winter: The living rooms and bathroom are heated (option to heat with the fireplace). The corridors and the entrance hall remain cool. Other things to note We won't share any indoor spaces, but we'll still be in the same house (we live upstairs). And so please be aware: - We have small children. I'm sure you'll know a little about their presence. We can't offer 100% silence :) - We have a cat. She's pretty shy, you probably won't meet her. We don't let her into the apartment. But she can appear somewhere, she's curious.
