Apartment with terrace and garden

The apartment is located in a family house with a garden, surrounded by countryside and nature. The house is located directly on the bike path and close to attractive places such as Adršpach Rocks, Safri Park Dvůr Králové, Babiččino údolí... We issue the Broumovsko guest card. The space The accommodation is available 1+1, has a sunny terrace and plenty of space. The living room has a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave. The toilet and bathroom are separate. During the heating season, the living rooms and bathroom are heated, but the corridors remain cold. Our apartment is located above the rented apartment. We have a separate entrance, however, the staircase is separated only by a metal screen. Other things to note We won't share any indoor spaces, but we'll still be in the same house (we live upstairs). And so please be aware: - We have small children. I'm sure you'll know a little about their presence. We can't offer 100% silence :) - We have a cat. She's pretty shy, you probably won't meet her. We don't let her into the apartment. But she can appear somewhere, she's curious.
