La Grange gîte, garden and pool for 6 people

In a 17th century bastide, the Gîte La Grange, tastefully renovated, is spacious, quiet, and comfortable for holidays with family or friends. Ideally located near Cordes sur Ciel, Monestiés, and Albi, you have a wide choice of activities for walks, cultural visits, discovering the Gaillac vineyard or simply enjoying the garden and private pool. The space The entrance to the cottage is located in a patio with fountain, in the heart of the bastide. The ground floor of the gîte consists of a large living room with sofas, television, wood stove, dining area with table for 6/8 people and a large fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, 3 spacious, cozy, and welcoming bedrooms. Two bathrooms are installed, 1 upstairs with bathtub, and 1 downstairs with shower. The decor is warm, rustic stones, exposed beams, wooden parquet, testifying to a rural and authentic past. The gîte opens onto a green, picturesque and quiet landscape. Crossing a private and fenced garden, you access the shaded terrace area with barbecue, wooden table and chairs, and the pool area. The swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful screen of greenery, is protected from view, and offers a unique place to enjoy beautiful summer afternoons and sweet peaceful evenings. Guest access You have access to the private, fenced garden, the terraces (the small one adjoining the gîte, and the large one near the pool), and the private pool. All around, there is a large park, to share with the owners where children can play ball games. The car will be parked either in the courtyard, in front of the bastide, or at the entrance of the park, but in any case, the vehicle will be in the area. There is room for a second vehicle, in front of the gate by the small road. Other things to note End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price of the cottage. However, we thank you in advance at check-out, for leaving the accommodation as well as the terraces and pool areas, tidy, dishes made, and the garbage cans emptied and evacuated according to the instructions present on site. For regular upkeep of the property during a long stay, all the cleaning supplies are available, as well as brooms, a vacuum cleaner, etc. During your stay, we will take care of pool maintenance: water testing, cleaning, and checking that the pump is working properly. If needed, we will also use the lawn mower so that you always have a pleasant green space at your disposal. The pool is officially open from beginning of June until end of September. These transactions will be carried out with your consent and at times that suit you.
