Burns Beach Retreat

Just a 2 minute walk to the coastal path that will take you down to the beach and the local cafe. Joondalup (Lakeside) Shopping Centre and Joondalup Health Campus are a 10 minute drive away, or a bus runs to shopping centre. There are also local shops at Currambine which include restaurants, supermarkets, cinema and chemist which is a 5 minute drive away. Joondalup Golf Resort in Connolly is a 7 minute drive away. Ocean keys is the closest shopping centre about a 5 minute drive away. The space We are council registered and therefore have guidelines to follow. Please do not ask to book for more than 2 people. Burns Beach Retreat is part of our main house but is private with its own entrance and outdoor patio. We ask that you do not bring family or friends onto the property without permission. This stylish and spacious annex is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your trip. You will find that all the rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos on Airbnb. We have tried to incorporate the things that will make your stay a pleasant one. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and pots and pans. There are most appliances that will make you feel at home these include a sandwich maker, soda stream, Ninja, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, weighing scales. The lounge has 2 recliner settees, a coffee table with a lift up section for your laptop, a table lamp and standard lamp, table and 4 chairs, tv cabinet and 82in smart tv. The bedroom has plenty of storage and drawers, plus a king-sized bed (this is one mattress so therefore cannot be split. Guest access The guest suite has its own entrance door, access is via a single step up into the lounge room. There is a single driveway suitable for one car and you enter through the single gate. Guests have access to their own outdoor patio which is covered. Other things to note We have been asked numerous times is this guest suite private. It is as private as we could make it. But please note that it is part of our main house, therefore we live on site, it is not a stand-alone granny flat.
