Welcome to Just Beachy, a charming, pet friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. Just a 2-minute walk to the beach, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The Cherry Grove area is a favorite among locals. It provides a more peaceful, quiet atmosphere, but still puts you just a short drive to amazing shopping, dining, and golf! The space The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and elegant quartz countertops, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy entertainment with 4 flat-screen TVs and stay connected with WiFi throughout the home. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can easily keep up with beachwear and towels during your stay. The guest bedroom offers a peaceful marsh view, adding a serene touch to your stay. This home also provides family-friendly amenities, including a highchair and pack 'n play, making it perfect for families with children. Unwind on one of the two furnished balconies, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk from the home! Spend your days building sandcastles with the kids or surfing the waves! After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted and 1 flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction. Homeowner Disclosure of Exterior Cameras: There are two security cameras. One captures the deck off the dining room and front door. The other captures the parking area between the garage and the street. Pets - A dog is allowed with a $300 refundable pet deposit paid directly to Elliott Beach Rentals. Smoking - not allowed
