Please do not go onto any of the boats at the marina, they are privately owned and the marina is monitored by security cameras. Other things to note Well behaved animals are allowed but MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, as an additional pet fee will be charged added cleaning needed after pet stays. They should not be left alone loose in the house or tied up. A security deposit of $250 will be returned after your stay provided there is no pet or people damage to the house or it's contents. NO PETS ON THE COUCH OR ON THE BEDDING AND NO WET DOGS IN THE HOUSE. A set of towels will be provided for each guest, and 1 set of clean bedding for each bed.
