This adorable beach cottage has been completely renovated! Canal access with a new dock & 1 minute walk to the beach with private beach access! All new kitchen is well stocked with addl seating at the counter--open concept living/dining (seating for 8!). Screened porch off the back offers views of the canal & snippets of the ocean! Primary BR: king size bed & full bath. 2nd BR: queen. 3rd BR: twin over full bunk. New Roku TV's/Memory foam mattresses. New HVAC system in 2024!!! The space Welcome to Boat House located at Holden Beach! Our home is located at the third set of canals (our set is named after fish!). There is a new dock for you to enjoy water activities, fish or bring your own boat. Short drive back to the bridge for local restaurants, shops and ice cream. **Reminder there is no parking under the home due to low height and additional support beams.** There is a private beach access located next to 899 OBW so it is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach! Just go to the corner, cross and you're there! Backyard has a pea gravel area with 4 chairs to enjoy and outdoor sofas under the house. Propane grill, beach chairs, beach cart and sand toys, etc are available for use. New steps on the front and back of the home. The front steps has an oversized balcony area with Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sunsets. For your convenience, we provide an amenities package to get your started for your stay: --Bathrooms will have: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 box of tissues. --Kitchen/Laundry will have: Hand soap, dishwashing soap (like Dawn), dishwashing pods, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 laundry detergent pods/dryer sheets.\ You'll be wowed at the interior--everything is new! Freshly painted walls, all new furniture and plenty of room for all. There are newly refinished hardwood floors throughout with the original tung and groove ceiling just adding to that 1960's coastal charm! The kitchen has all new appliances and is well stocked. Bar counter seating for 4 people. The dining area has a table to seat 8. Living room has coastal decor throughout and has a 65" Roku TV with sound bar. Screened porch area off the back has new rocking chairs and you can see snippets of the ocean from here! Three bedrooms total: Primary bedroom has a king sized bed, night stands, large dresser and a 55" Roku TV. There is an en suite bathroom with new vanity/countertop and has a tub shower with new shower head. Bedroom number 2 has a Queen sized bed, two nightstands, dresser and a 43" Roku TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk with built in dresser, a second dresser and a 43" Roku TV. All new memory foam mattresses. Hall bath has been redone-- new flooring, vanity, and tiled tub shower. Living room has a pull out Queen sofa. 7-day minimum through August 26th/Saturday to Saturday with some exceptions. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check out is by 10:00am. You will receive a door code prior to your arrival. The door code is unique to you and will only last during the duration of your stay. To open the door: Travel insurance is highly suggested especially during the Hurricane Season (June 1 - Nov 30) in the event your trip is cancelled or interrupted. No refunds will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Linens and bathroom towels are included in the cost of your rental. Each renter will receive: King sheet set, Queen sheet set, Full sheet set, Twin sheet set, sleeper sofa sheet set, bath towels for 9 (bath, wash cloths and hand), two bath mats and dish towels. Each bed has a quilt and a blanket. The King bed, Queen bed and Full bed will already have sheets on them. Sheets are provided for the twin bunk bed along with the sleeper sofa. Sleeper sofa sheets are located in a closet along with two pillows. At check-out, please remove the sheets from the beds (leave shams on the beds) and place in blue laundry bag. Please placed all used towels in the laundry bag in addition to the bath mats and kitchen towels. Any unused towels or twin sheet, please leave in the original bag as those will be washed separately. There is a washer and dryer in the home. Note this is not a standard full size washer/dryer so please do not overfill. Please shake beach items such as bathing suits and towels outside to remove sand before washing. All items/equipment are inventoried and checked before and after your stay (utensils, kitchen items, blankets, pillows, decor). All missing or damaged items will be charged to the renter. Minimum rental age is 25 and must stay the entire duration of the reservation. Check-out: Review above policy for linens/towels. Remove all trash from the house, including the refrigerator/freezer. Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Please turn off all lights in the home and lock doors upon exit. We hope you enjoy Boat House!
