The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet and rail to hang clothes, desk and chair. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. ( no bath) Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for your use . You are welcome to make tea , coffee or squash in kitchen. No smoking or vaping at the property including the garden. No alcohol in the room or being intoxicated in the house. Guest access There are no other facilities or shared spaces in the home however I am happy for you to use the kitchen for making hot drinks or for use of microwave. During your stay If you need any information about the area or anything else I will be happy to help. If I am not around I can be reached by mobile. Check in is from 5pm and no later that 9pm . (on occasion with prior agreement I may be able to accommodate different times ) Other things to note I generally only take bookings from guests with a history of good host reviews . During winter months I am unable to run the heating throughout the whole day therefore the room may not be suitable for homeworking or study.
