House in Vallery

The house is located at less than 500 meters from the Château de Vallery. Ideal for travelers attending a wedding at the Château or wanting to spend a few days in the countryside. The space It is a small independent house with: On the ground floor : - A kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various utensils. - A living room with 2 sofas, table and chairs. - A bedroom with a 160 bed, separate WC and a bathroom with shower and bath. Upstairs (accessible only if reservation for more than 2 personnes) : - 3 other bedrooms, one with two 90x200 beds and two with a 140 bed. An enclosed garden with barbecue. You can park 2 vehicles there. Check-in must be done before 6PM Guest access The cellar, the barn and the spaces reserved for the vegetable garden are not included in the rental. Please note that the property may not be fully accessible for individuals with reduced mobility. The garden does not feature a wheelchair-friendly path, and the ground floor includes several steps—at the entrance and between key rooms such as the kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Other things to note In the case of a reservation for 1 or 2 people, only the bedroom on the ground floor will be accessible, as well as the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. Beyond that, 2 bedrooms will be prepared for 2 to 4 people, 3 bedrooms for 5 to 6 people, 4 bedrooms for 7 to 8 people. If a different distribution is requested, a supplement will apply. Unreserved rooms will not be accessible. If during the stay, additional travelers are added (within the limit of the capacity displayed and after my approval), a supplement will apply. It is forbidden to smoke in the house. Smokers are asked to throw away their cigarette butts and clean the ashtrays before their departure.
