The space (ASK ABOUT SOME FILL IN DATES NOT 4 MINIMUM) The Stillwater Oasis is definitely one of a kind lake home with lots of amenities and unique extras. With the calm waters of Lizard Creek, it is ideal for watersports and is much quitter with significantly less boat traffic than the main lake. Linens/bath towels included. No pets please. Written tour: The front of the house is stunning with a French country feel – stucco and dry-stacked Tennessee field stone. A long, colored-concrete driveway with stone inlay allows for plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. Your eye will be drawn to the gorgeous wooden door of the two-car garage which you will have access. Now let’s go inside. As you walk through the front door, you will immediately notice the beautiful Australian cypress floors and two-story windows with a spectacular lake view. Striking American cherry wood is used throughout the house. A straight walk will take you to a beautiful living area. The area has a dry-stacked stone fireplace with gas logs and plenty of seating space (two couches and two swivel chairs). Step outside to a spacious screened in porch with a long outdoor dining table and comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs. The deck is made from tongue-and-grove Brazilian ipe wood. You are overlooking the outdoor fireplace, hot tub gazebo area, the yard, boat dock and small beach area. The yard is flat and perfect for all the yard games that are provided (cornhole, ladder ball, kan jam). There are plenty of folding chairs and a coffee table on the dock. Come back in through a second door from the screened in porch and you will be in the dining area which boasts a large rustic wooden farm table (seats nine comfortably). Attached is the kitchen with a raised bar that seats five and a large island for easy meal prep and great for buffet style serving. Kitchen includes a large five gas burner Wolf stove top, two double ovens, a microwave/warming drawer, dishwasher, one full-size refrigerator/freezer and one smaller refrigerator in the pantry. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances including, blender, griddle, food processer, crock pot, toaster, small toaster oven, whole bean coffee maker. Lots of cabinet and pantry space. Across from the kitchen and off the living room, is the Master Suite with a King bed, two dressers, a built-in wardrobe closet, large ceiling fan and door to the deck to enjoy the lake view. The master bath includes double sinks, large garden tub and a walk-in shower with three shower heads (standard, rainfall, and handheld). A separate room hold the toilet for maximum privacy. Off of the kitchen/dining area, is a hallway that leads to a half bath and laundry room that holds a laundry tub and full-size washer/dryer. The hall ends at the side door, where you can exit to either the front garage to down to the back yard and lake. In the foyer area at the front of the house is a beautiful stairwell that will either to take you up or downstairs. If you head downstairs, you will see the pool table and bar area. Behind the pool table is a beautiful cherry bar, that includes a small fridge, ice maker, bar dishwasher and sink. Plenty of glasses and mugs for your enjoyment. Off of the pool table room is a theater room with 4 theater room reclining lounge chairs and a couch on a raised platform behind it. Also, off of the pool table room is also, two bedrooms with queen beds and a small full bath between them. If you continue on from the pool table room, it opens up to a smaller game room that holds a full-size air hockey table and a small ping pong table. If you continue down the hall there is another full bath with walk in shower or head out side to the outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace and large picnic table. Let’s go back inside, we have more to see! Heading to your right, you can walk up the back staircase to the half bath upstairs. If you head over to the main staircase to the upstairs bedrooms. At the top of the staircase and to the right is the upstairs master queen suite including a spacious master bath with double sinks, walk in shower, and private commode. If you head back out and over the catwalk to you will go to the spacious living room area with a large sectional sofa and TV. There is also a small foosball table for added enjoyment. If you continue on there are three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms each have a double bottom bunk, with single top bunk and single bed across from bunk bed. The front bunk room and the bonus living room both have spectacular views to the lake. Excellent, you have had the tour! If time allows before leaving, please feel free to throw some sheets in the washer and we will take it from there. Bath Towels etc. – Please have as many of the bath towels washed as possible. Dishes – All dishes are to be cleaned. (dishwasher may be started and left) Refrigerator, Freezer & Cabinets– Should be emptied of all contents or as it was left prior to your stay. Trash – Remove trash from Kitchen, Baths, Patios, Boat Dock. All trash must be taken with you. The Warren County Solid Waste site is located at 1672 Eaton Ferry Rd, Littleton, NC 27850 which is four miles from the house. Grills – Make sure grill is cleaned and covered and the grill tools are returned under the sink. Closing up House – Please make sure all doors are locked. On rear doors lift up handle and turn lock.
