Orange farm with swimming pool

Welcome to ‘ColibriFarm’ a authentic Andalusian farm house with 2 hectares of mostly organic orange trees. The farm is set in the countryside of Malaga province with stunning views. There are no cars, no neighbors, no noise. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with all utilities. The house has the basics for a comfortable stay, it is not luxurious! Our caretaker Tito, lives on the property with his friendly dog. The heating is with a wood, we have 1 AC to cool. The space There are 2 separate bedrooms with a king and queen. 2 more guests can sleep in the large Bell tent/ yurt. This is right next to the house. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooking fire and an electric oven. The covered porch is an ideal place for breakfast or to cool off during siesta, and on the outdoor terrace next to the pool can be bathed and swam late thanks to outdoor lighting. The orange trees are everywhere and are delicious for fresh juice. There are 2 mountain bikes, a cat, Bazl, and a dog, Joepie, on the premises. The dog belongs to Tito, who is a guard and handyman and lives on the property. The large flat roof offers beautiful views over the hills with the mountains beyond. Please note! In the summer months, I, your host, stay in the separate building, next to the farm. This one has a separate entrance so I won't disturb you. Also Tito, the ombudsman, stays in his caravan at a good distance from the house, so your privacy is fully respected. You have the farm cottage, pool, yurt and grounds completely at your disposal. Guest access The farmhouse and swimming pool are private for the guests. The host stays in a separate annex, next to the farm. We can arrange a shuttle service, pick up and drop off from the airport, and day trip transportation. Other things to note !! SWIMMING POOL is closed from October 15th to May 15th!! You can only get to the farm by car. The roads on the last stretch are dirt roads and a bit rough. So drive slowly. The village of 'Coin' is a 25-minute drive away, so it's best to shop before you arrive. Tap water is not drinkable. I provide large water bottles. There is a CAT, named BAZL, that goes in and out of the house. Can you feed him during your stay? Be sure to always close the gate behind you when you leave. When driving in, you can park on the left on the property. The gate is closed with a combination lock. The code for the lock will be communicated upon reservation. There is no AC in the house. PLEASE NOTE! The pool is closed from October to May. For longer stays, guests must take care of the pool maintenance.
