This spacious and airy apartment features a large panoramic terrace with sea views and is located only a 5 minute walk from the beach, harbour and restaurants of Giglio Porto. Perfect for families, couples or friends, it comfortably hosts up to 6 guests. Even during the hottest summer days, the apartment stays naturally cool thanks to its fresh sea breeze, excellent airflow and ceiling fans in the two bedrooms, making it a comfortable place to relax after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, dishwasher and everything needed for slow breakfasts, family dinners and sunset aperitivo evenings on the terrace. The apartment offers one bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can also become a double bed, plus an additional sofa double bed (169x200) in an sleeping area that can be closed with a sliding door. A washing machine, Sonos speakers, a cleaning robot, beach towels and all essentials for a comfortable stay are included. The terrace is truly the heart of the home: peaceful, private and surrounded by flowers and Mediterranean plants, with beautiful views over the sea and Giglio Porto. Isola del Giglio is loved for its crystal clear water, authentic atmosphere, scenic hiking trails, colourful harbour and hidden coves to discover by boat or scooter. The medieval village of Giglio Castello and the beautiful beach of Campese are also easy to reach. A perfect place to slow down, swim, enjoy nature and experience authentic island life. Guest access The apartment is part of a peaceful residential complex and can be reached through a private gate and a gentle staircase. It offers complete privacy, with the terrace overlooking a quiet green area filled with Mediterranean plants. There are no roads near the house, only a distant pedestrian path, allowing you to fully enjoy the sounds of the sea and the harbour in the background. Other things to note Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans to keep the apartment cool and comfortable, even during the warmest summer days. Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace, but kindly not permitted inside the apartment. If anything is not working properly during your stay, please let us know so we can quickly help resolve the issue. If something runs out or breaks, that can happen. Just let us know so we can replace it for the next guest. If desired, additional cleaning services during your stay can also be arranged for approximately €17 per hour.
