Garden and hot tub just for you 😉 Other things to note Please note for last-minute bookings: the jacuzzi takes at least one night to heat up, it will not be available for the evening even if you book within 24 hours. ⚠️ Stairs not suitable for young children & people with reduced mobility 🔕 Respect for the neighborhood: no loud music or noise in the garden after 10 p.m. (sound system remotely cut off if necessary) 🚫 Fire prohibited in the fireplace 🔌 No electric charging station on site (available in nearby town) In case of non-compliance with the house rules: €500 for smoke removal (smell of cigarette or other indoors), €1000 in case of damage or nuisance following a party that is too noisy for the neighborhood.
