Ideal for two people and if necessary even four as there is a sofa bed available. The space The apartment located in a modern building, is on the ground floor. Equipped with air conditioning and unlimited WiFi with fast fiber throughout the apartment, it is composed as follows: the equipped kitchen (with microwave, oven, coffee machine, induction hob and dishwasher) is available with everything necessary for those wishing to have lunch or dine directly on site, together with the living area, which overlooks a lovely garden enriched with spotlights, designer lights and a veranda. Completing the apartment is a bathroom with large shower and a bedroom with two single beds with their own wardrobe available for each. If necessary, upon request, the two beds can be joined to form a double bed. Guest access Free access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Inside the building, within the walls, there is a play area for childrens. This accommodation is provided by a duly authorized non-hotel accommodation facility.
