Beautifully remodeled with a relaxing coastal motif, this comfortable condo sleeps 4. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. A sliding door from the living room opens to spacious lanai with panoramic views of Estero Bay and Lovers Key State Park Area. The Lanai has both a table for 4 as well as a tall table and two chairs for a beautiful views of the pool, hot tub, bay and Lovers Key. It features a full well equipped kitchen (Keurig and Mr. Coffee, blender, new dishes, pans, etc.) with dining bar and living room with 55” TV and free basic cable and internet. An additional 32” TV is also in the bedroom. The club has a heated pool and hot tub with views of Big Carlos Pass and the southern end of Fort Myers Beach. The property has a private beach (with beach chairs) with access to Lovers Key State Park Beach without crossing the road. The nearby State Park amenities include boat ramps, kayak and bicycle rentals. There are many restaurants and shops a short drive north across the bridge towards south Fort Myers Beach. The same is true if you drive south towards Bonita Beach. Flippers Restaurant is also nearby to the property, just a short walk. Washers and dryers are available just off the lobby. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature. You must be 25 years of age to rent this property and may need to show proof with valid driver's license or other ID. If determined you are not 25 years of age or failure to produce valid ID showing your age to be 25 or older, we have the right to cancel your reservation with no penalties.
