Welcome to our 6 Bed detached home in Cheltenham . This unique space comprises of a 5 bed detached home for 10 guests and a self contained studio home next door for 2 more guests. There is a hot tub in the rear garden for 7 that is private and not overlooked. The space A spacious 6-bedroom home in Cheltenham, close to Cheltenham town centre, with a hot tub for 6 in the rear garden. This unique home consists of a detached 5-bedroom home for up to 10 guests and an adjacent self-contained studio to the side for another 2 guests. The property has its own drive with enough off-road parking for up to 4 cars. Whether you are looking for a short Cotswold family break, corporate or business stay, or just a well-needed get-together with friends, this home is the perfect choice for you. The main house is accessed via its own private front door with a porch to hang coats. The entrance hallway (with downstairs toilet) then leads straight to the lounge at the rear of the house. The lounge has a comfy corner sofa and armchair that can easily seat 7 and a 65" flat-screen TV. Patio doors from the lounge lead out to the beautifully landscaped rear garden, which has a patio, lawn, and outside seating for up to 8 guests. Also in the garden is a hot tub that can comfortably seat 6 guests, which you are welcome to use between the hours of 8am and 10pm. Off to the right of the hallway is a bright and spacious kitchen diner with a dining table for up to 8 guests (10 with a squeeze using some fold-out chairs we provide) and a fully equipped kitchen for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen has an under-counter fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher. There is a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker too, with complimentary coffee pods provided. Finally, there is a side door from the kitchen that leads outside to the private enclosed rear garden. To the left of the hallway is a generous ground-floor double bedroom for 2 guests with a king-size 'zip-and-link' bed that can be separated into single beds on request. Upstairs there are a further 4 double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, which has its own modern en-suite shower. Two of these bedrooms again have 'zip-and-link' king-size beds that can be made up as singles if required. The family bathroom has been beautifully modernized and has a bath with shower over. Next to the house is the self-contained studio home, which has its own garden entrance and front door. The studio can also be accessed via a side gate in the rear garden of the main house. The studio offers a generous open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, sofa, flat-screen Smart TV, dining table for 2, and modern shower room. The kitchen area again has everything you'll need for basic cooking and comes with a fridge/freezer, oven, induction hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, our house is quiet and peaceful and offers easy access to nearby attractions such as Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with restaurants, bars, and shopping for all your needs. Cheltenham is at the heart of the Cotswolds, and all its popular tourist destinations are a short drive away. Wi-Fi is also complimentary and available for use throughout your stay. Guest access The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Both the studio and the house have separate key safes. Other things to note Both kitchens comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other kitchen cooking oils, if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. We also supply all linen for all beds along with mattress and pillow protectors. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided along with a selection of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in the bathrooms. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing. Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available. If you wish for a later check out please contact us directly for pricing and availability. For mid-week stays of £300 per night or less the hot tub will be locked and closed. It can be added to your stay for an additional £50 per night if required. This is ONLY for mid-week off-peak stays for less than £300 per night to enable us to offer a better rate to business / contractor stays that don't need a Hot Tub. For Fire Safety reasons, BBQs are not allowed at this property. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe.
