Spacious Home in Queens

Hi! I'd be so happy to welcome you to my home in Queens. Close enough to manhattan for easy travel by public transit or ride share, and peaceful enough for quiet nights. We're just a 5 min drive from JFK (30 min from LGA) and 10 min away from a large mall. We're walking distance to a park, and there are many great food options in the area accessible by foot, DoorDash/UberEats, and car. The area is safe, quiet, neighborly, and very family friendly. The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. The space This is a very spacious and newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 (full) bathroom home on the second floor of a two family home. The biggest bedroom has 2x double beds and an attached private bathroom. The living room has a comfortable couch that has a pull out bed. Including the pull out couch, there are 5 double beds. The second full bathroom is in the hallway. Each bathroom has shampoo, body wash, and lotion. The living room also has a with a smart speaker for listening to music and podcasts. You have wifi access. There is a full kitchen with fully functioning equipment: Keurig coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, air frier, ice maker, oven with range, pots and pans and baking gear. The kitchen has some basics like salt, pepper, tea, and coffee, but there is a nearby supermarket for any other cooking essentials. The linen closet is stocked with extra towels, extra sheets, and extra pillows for the pull out couch. You make smoke outdoors, but there is no smoking in the house. And, as my family lives in the the ground floor apartment, we would appreciate quiet hours between 9pm and 5am. We don't want to restrict you, and of course you are free to socialize, but please be mindful not to be too loud during those hours. Small gatherings are okay, parties are not. You have private access to the apartment, and street parking is abundant.
