We also have an industrial-style kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Additionally, our property features bathrooms, washing and laundry facilities, and a projector for your entertainment. Outside, our property is surrounded by idyllic countryside views, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and tranquil stay. We also share our home with two friendly dogs who love welcoming guests and adding to the cosy and homely atmosphere. One of the unique features of our property is the bar, which has two taps that can be filled with Guinness and a beer of your choice at the guest's cost, providing you with the opportunity to enjoy a cold beer or two in the comfort of your own home away from home. Guest access During your stay, guests will have exclusive access to their own private room, one of our living rooms, and the industrial-style kitchen. Guests can relax and socialise in any of the communal areas and enjoy the use of the projector for entertainment. Guests can make use of communal bathrooms, washing, and laundry facilities if required, and can enjoy the idyllic countryside views from outside the property. Other things to note We live in the property with our two Zuchon dogs (ages 4 and 1) who love welcoming guests. Room Pricing Room prices are based on 2 people sharing per room. For odd-numbered guests, please select the next even number when booking (e.g., if booking for 7, select 8) to ensure the price is accurate. Cleaning Fee A cleaning fee of €14 per room is charged for bookings of 2 guests or fewer and is automatically added by Airbnb. For multiple rooms, the app charges one fee per booking, but we will request an additional cleaning fee for each extra room.
