The well-equipped kitchen, complete with a double oven, two large refrigerators, a wine cooler, and a small beverage fridge, ensures that all culinary needs are met. Each bedroom is equipped with its own air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable and cool environment for a restful night’s sleep. Situated in the picturesque city of Medellín, known as the eternal spring city, the average temperature hovers around a pleasant 19–20 degrees Celsius (66–68 degrees Fahrenheit). Due to its elevated mountain location and surrounding forest, the house benefits from a refreshing microclimate, often cooler than the city below. This makes evenings perfect for cozying up by the fireplace with a glass of wine. Housekeeper Our property includes the support of a housekeeper. Her working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and her day off is Sunday. Please note that guests staying in the house are permitted to have one visitor at a time, who must be of legal age and provide proper identification for registration. To maintain the serene ambiance, no parties, events, video filming, music videos, or drug use are allowed on the premises. The maximum amount of overnight guests at all times in the house is 12. Each bedroom has a safe for guests. We encourage you to use them to store valuables, as we are not liable or responsible for any missing items. Our team members should always be treated with respect and dignity. We consider them part of our family and treat them as such. They are hardworking, decent people and will offer you their very best. Concierge Services We work with a local concierge service as our co-host in order to enhance your experience. They can help organize your trip, from airport transfers to private chefs, massage therapists, personal trainers, city tours, and much more. Guest access Community Rules & Access Please note that all guests must be registered with the security team upon arrival to the community. Only registered guests are allowed. When returning, you will be asked to show your ID to ensure the correct person is entering. Safety is our top priority, both for our guests and for the families living in the community. We kindly ask that you respect the community’s rules at all times. As part of the registration process, we also require a copy of the passport picture page for all guests as well as the Migración Colombia entry stamp of the person booking the reservation. This is a government requirement and non-negotiable. The entire house, with the exception of the service room, is available for guests. Housekeeper For your comfort, the property includes the support of a dedicated in-house housekeeper who helps keep the home tidy and welcoming during your stay. She works Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and enjoys her day off on Sundays. Our team members should always be treated with respect and dignity. We consider them part of our family, and they are hardworking, decent people who will do their very best to ensure you have a great experience. Additional Staff & Services In addition to the housekeeper, we have a full-time gardener to maintain the property’s grounds and a pool technician who visits twice a week for service. Trash is collected on Wednesday and Sunday nights, and a member of our team will handle this for you. To get you started, we provide some complimentary essentials such as trash bags. If you require additional supplies during your stay, a Carulla market is only a short drive away where you can find everything you need. For the safety and reputation of our home and community, any form of illegal activity, including sex tourism or the presence of sex workers, is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal and report to authorities. Other things to note The main entrance to the community is located on Ave Las Palmas, with the house situated 1.5 miles up from the entrance. It offers an incredibly private setting, surrounded by native flora and fauna, creating a complete tropical oasis. This is the perfect vacation destination for families or friends to enjoy. Please note that this is not a party house, and events are strictly prohibited. Loud music videos and parties with DJs are not allowed. For your comfort, the property includes the support of a dedicated in-house housekeeper who helps keep the home tidy and welcoming during your stay. She works Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break, and enjoys her day off on Sundays. We also have a full-time landscaper who may be seen during your stay. It is important to reiterate that parties or events are not permitted. Recording music videos of any kind and drone photography are strictly prohibited. Each person staying in the house is allowed to invite one guest, who must provide proper identification and be of legal age- total guests at all times is 12- that includes guests staying and any visitors. We kindly request that there is no frequent in and out of people in the property. Please note each bedroom has a safe for guests. Use them to store your valuables. We are not liable or responsible for any missing valuables. Maximum amount of people allowed in the house at anytime is 12. Everyone has to be registered with proper ID prior to arriving. All guests should be registered upon arriving to the community with the security team with proper physical ID, no pictures. Only registered guests are allowed.
