Casa Esmeralda is located just a 10-minute walk from the center of Real del Monte, and a few steps from the Dificultad Mine Museum and the Acosta Mine Museum. There is ample space for your entire family or friends, with spacious rooms, a large living room, outdoor dining areas, and a spacious kitchen. You will experience magical evenings in this place, enjoying the tranquility of nature with the comfort of a home designed for living and spending time together. The space Casa Esmeralda has 1,000 m² and features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms inside, and 1 half bathroom outside. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, barbecue area, and a common area with a spacious garden. We have parking space for 8 cars. If you're in the mood for a barbecue, we provide a charcoal grill and a pizza oven. Upon entering Casa Esmeralda, you will find the living room, one bedroom, a full bathroom, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, frying pans, dishes, mugs, and cutlery, as well as a table for dining and food preparation. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a lounge area, and a billiard table. Outside the house, you will find the garden, barbecue area, a table, and the parking area. Guest access When you rent Casa Esmeralda, you can make use of the entire property, including the house, garden, and barbecue area. Other things to note Dear Guests, Welcome to our home! We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure everyone has a pleasant experience, we ask that you follow these rules: 1. *Jacuzzi Use* Due to the water shortage in the village, the jacuzzi will not be available at this time. We appreciate your understanding. 2. *Cleaning* Please leave the kitchen as you found it: clean and without dirty dishes at the end of your stay. This will help us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. 3. *Forgotten Items* We are not responsible for items left behind in the house. We recommend checking your belongings before you leave. 4. *No Smoking and Drug Use* Smoking inside the house and in the rooms is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of illegal drugs is completely forbidden, as possession and consumption are considered crimes. We appreciate your cooperation. 5. *Decorations* If you wish to decorate any part of the house for birthdays or anniversaries, you may do so. We ask that you remove all decorations upon your departure. 6. *Music* The volume of music should not be loud after midnight to respect the rest of all guests. 7. *Pets* - If you bring pets, you must notify the host about their arrival; otherwise, you will be subject to a penalty. - Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. - Please clean up after your pet (feces and urine) inside and outside the house. 8. *Bonfire* The use of a bonfire incurs an additional cost. If you wish to use this service, please contact the host for further instructions. 9. *Light Usage* We ask that you turn off lights that are not in use to help care for the environment. 10. *Check-In and Check-Out Times* Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please respect these times, as any extra hour beyond 11:01 AM will incur a fee of $400. 11. *Outdoor Heaters* The outdoor heaters are under maintenance and are not available at this time. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience when using the stone oven, please follow these rules: - *Exclusive Use of Firewood* • The stone oven may only be used with firewood. Note: We sell firewood at a cost of $150 mxn per bundle. - *Prohibition of Fire Starters* • The use of any type of fire starter, such as charcoal, oil, napkins, or other materials, is prohibited. • Using these products may cause them to soak into the stone of the oven, affecting the taste of the food and compromising cleanliness. - *Care and Maintenance* • Please ensure that the area is clean and tidy after using the oven. • Do not leave any residue or materials that could cause unnecessary fires.
