Relaxing beach house a stone's throw from the beach

Comfortable apartment ON THE SEA, with AIR CONDITIONING, spacious and bright, a few meters from the FREE BEACH and the bathing establishments (equipped for children); close to markets, shops, bars, ice cream parlors, refreshments; possibility of renting bicycles and rickshaws 100 meters from the house (the bike path runs along the entire promenade to Pescara). Public PARKING, free in the area, under the house. PLEASE NOTE THAT AT THE MOMENT THERE IS SCAFFOLDING ON PART OF THE FACADE BUT NOT ON OUR APARTMENT. The space The house has air conditioning, methane heating; it also has a large and bright living room with sofa, TV, table and coffee corner with Nespresso machine, with capsules. The house is equipped with a kitchenette with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle with selections of tea-infusions, toaster and various dishes. The apartment is on a raised ground floor (or "low first floor" about 10 steps). The living room and kitchenette both have French doors that open onto a large terrace with a small table, where you can have breakfast in the morning. The house also has a large double bedroom, complete with a large wardrobe with mirrored doors, a chest of drawers, a king-size bed and a second TV; it also has a second balcony where, on summer evenings, you can enjoy a good glass of local wine by candlelight. The house has another bedroom with two single beds and a third balcony from which you can glimpse the nearby promenade. The bathroom, with window, has a comfortable and spacious shower. You will find towels, linens, hairdryer and iron. A high standard of cleanliness is guaranteed Public parking in front of the house and nearby. The balcony of the double bedroom currently has wooden panels in place of the railing, which will soon be installed. Guest access It is recommended NOT TO PARK in the condominium courtyard where there are garages. You can stop ONLY for unloading luggage or shopping. Free public parking is easily found in front of the house and in the immediate vicinity (along Via delle Driadi). Other things to note You can freely organize your "self check-in" after 3:00 p.m., in total autonomy; the host has chosen this option seeing it as an efficient opportunity to meet the needs of guests. During the stay, the host will be available for any questions or needs from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and a concierge service will be guaranteed via chat, except at night, where you can ask any questions.
