Our farm stay is situated in the McLaren Vale wine-growing region and is 12-28 minutes away from stunning beaches of Port Willunga, Myponga and Sellicks. Active travellers can also enjoy Willunga’s golf courses, bowling clubs, walking trails and cycle races while having a good stay in our holiday homes. A cozy 139-square-feet tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be passing car noise and neighbouring residents passing by during your stay. It's situated just 10 meters away from the rear section of the Alma Hotel, within a pub car park. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas. ADVISORY: Please note that the tiny house is located on a pub's premises, which includes a liquor shop and restaurant. The main gate closes at 9 PM, so it's advisable to inform the host if you plan to go out. Other things to note - All mobile receptions have good signal. - Pets are limited to one to two cats/dogs - Pets are allowed by prior notice from the host - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside/outside the tiny home - Upon check-in, please grab your key from Alma Hotel - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs. prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
