Welcome to this modern, self-contained two-bedroom unit that provides accommodation that is clean, comfortable and peaceful. Just a short 15 minute stroll from Howick Village or 30 minute car ride (off peak) from the main CBD. While staying here you will enjoy: - Free parking - Free Wifi - Smart TV with NETFLIX - Two bedrooms (second bedroom can be made up with 2 single beds or 1 king) - Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine - Laundry facilities The space Please note this is one house that has been split into two dwellings. We live in the upstairs unit and are happy to meet and help our guests if required. However we respect your privacy and the units are completely separate so we often have guests we don’t meet. It’s up to you! Living room We hope you enjoy the living room with comfortable couches, smart TV, dining table and breakfast bar. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven/stovetop and all cutlery/plates/bowls/chopping boards etc. If required we can provide a highchair. Bedrooms The two bedrooms are very light and sunny. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom can either be made up with 2 single beds or 1 king (2 singles pushed together). We can also provide a portacot on request. Bathroom The bathroom has a shower (no bath) and all towels are provided. There is also a hair dryer provided. Laundry There is a washing machine/dryer combo, washing line, iron and ironing board for you to use. Parking There is ample parking for 2 cars however the driveway is steep and there is no room to turn around (you may wish to walk down before parking to get an idea). It’s much easier to reverse down! Guest access You will have complete sole access of the entire unit. We will provide basic supplies like toilet paper, rubbish bags, cloths, dishwash tablets etc at the start of your stay however we do not restock these if they run out during your stay.
