The open-plan living area includes two cosy papasan chairs, a coffee table, and a 55" Smart TV with Netflix. French doors open onto a front patio where you can enjoy the sunrise, while a rear door leads to your own private patio beside the shared swimming pool. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, two induction cooktops, coffee pod machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a fold-down dining table for two. Outside, guests can enjoy the shared pool area with sun loungers and outdoor seating. The established gardens back onto a reserve with walking trails, tennis courts, and an archery range. Local football and baseball games are often played on weekends. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the main house, with a pathway leading directly to the studio entrance. Access is via a walkway along the front of the main house and down two steps to the front door. A second door at the rear of the studio provides direct access to the shared pool and patio area.
