Cozy and comfortable home in Pelgulinn- near to popular and trendy Kalamaja district,Telliskivi,Noblessner and old Town, which is surrounded by greenery and walking distance to Stoomi beach and Merimetsa forest. Flat has all you need for a nice get away: bathroom, well equiped kitchen, wardrobe,comfortable twin size bed and sofa-bed. The flat is located in a very quiet street with the garden, so you don’t need to worry about traffic noises. Parking is free in front of the house on the street. The space The space Apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room area with a sofa-bed for the quests. There is a desk with necessary equipment for comfortable business travel. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. are provided. Use of washing machine and iron are available. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee, tea and sugar are provided. APARTMENT IS CLOSE TO THE CITY CENTER: 7-10 min walk to tram/ bus stop, 25 min walk to Old Town, 20 min walk to Railway Station. A few tram stops away is Telliskivi Loomelinnak (15 min by walk) with all it’s amazing cafes/restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. There is a small grocery shop across the road, and bigger ones (Selver, Maxima) 5-7 min walking distance. Precise description can be found from section "Getting around". Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment building, only outside in the garden it is allowed. Please note-house and corridor not yet renovated. Apartment has NO wireless internet, HD TV with digital channels. The apartment is not intended for social events. There are fee 150€ for smoking or social event. For losing the keys you have to pay 30 €. Please note that the apartment is in good condition, but not brand new. Please do not mistake scratches as dirt (i.e in the bathroom, on the floor etc.)- apartment is always thoroughly cleaned after every reservation. The house is not yet renovated from outside, as well as the common staircase of the building is old and a bit unsightly in need of refurbishment which will take place some time in 2024. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Free parking is available around the house on the street. Transport: *Tram nr 1 and 2 from the city center and from Railway station (Balti Jaam) , to the closest tram stop Angerja, which is 10 min walking distance from the flat. *Bus nr 40 to the city center is 6 min walking distance. *Bus nr 59 to the Railway station (Balti Jaam) is 2 min distance from the flat. *Tram nr 4 and change for nr 2 is option from Airport.
