Detergent is provided. OFFICE Located off of the kitchen, we’ve converted the dining area to be used as an office. Need more sleeping space? There’s a queen pullout sleeper sofa located in this room as well. Note there are no doors on this office, it’s connected to the living room & kitchen. PRIMARY BEDROOM Located upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom has a memory foam king bed and a 32" smart tv. GUEST BEDROOM 1 Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress and a 32" smart tv. GUEST BEDROOM 2 Located upstairs, this guest bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress. BATHROOMS There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite primary bathroom. PARKING There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guests to use. The garage is off limits. Off street parking is not permitted. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, driveway & fenced in yard. Guests will not have access to the garage. Other things to note SECURITY For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property. We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).
