Guest access We need photos of all guests' identification documents (ID or passport) to be sent after booking so that we can send them to the condominium management authorizing access. This is a condominium security measure and therefore a non-negotiable requirement. Other things to note Important information - The property is located inside a residential building. We demand respect for the rules of good coexistence in order to avoid any disagreements with the condominium owners and the building administration. Similarly, the common areas and leisure items provided by the building must be respected. Any charges generated due to non-compliance with the rules and/or damage to the building's assets will be charged through Aircover - We ask that you be careful when using the linens. Remove makeup, sunscreen, tanning lotion, or any type of product that may stain sheets and towels before using them. Items that have been damaged or have stains that do not come off will be charged. - Do not use body or face towels, as well as bathroom mats, as floor cloths. We leave a floor cloth for this purpose in the apartment. - Please use the foot-washer or shower on the ground floor of the building before going up to the apartment to avoid the accumulation of sand in the apartment, as well as on the sofa and mattress. We tidied up and organized the apartment with all the care and affection for the comfort of your stay. We ask that you use it with care. Take care of it as if it were yours!
