Fees apply. 11) For long stay (28 nights and above) - RM 300 deposit is required. Prorated monthly TNB (Energy) Bill and water bill capped at RM 300. Any excess will be charged back to the guest. 12) If you are extending your stay, the change must be initiated from host side. Meaning you check with us the price to extend and we will send the change. Request from guest side pricing will likely be incorrect(due to Airbnb discount stacking bug) and declined. 13) 1 car park is included in the booking, additional car park can be provided for a fee. 14) Our booking is no deposit booking.
