Small guest suite in Beverley

STRICTLY A NO SMOKING PROPERTY My family cottage used to be the railway crossing keeper's cottage. Where you will stay is an ideal base for visitors to Beverley, a short walk away from the town and train station. It has a comfortable double bed and ensuite shower room. Although it does not have a kitchen area, it is has a kettle, microwave and fridge. It has a small work space and free WiFi. Please note, there is NO TV. Note also it is a very small room!STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE The space The Sidings is a small self contained annexe which has been created in a small courtyard across from my cottage. It has two rooms. There is a comfortable double bed in the accommodation with a small work area with plenty of sockets and WiFi. Within this area is a small fridge, microwave and kettle along with a range of crockery and cutlery so guests can make small snacks and drinks. Milk, tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There is an ensuite shower room in The Sidings. Both rooms have central heating radiators which are linked to the main boiler for the cottage, In addition, there is an electric radiator which guests control. The Sidings is within a secure courtyard which has a lockable gate so bicycles can be stored safely. There is on-street parking close to the property. I can provide a virtual permit, I just need your number plate. Please be considerate of my neighbours and come in quietly after 10pm Guest access The Sidings is independent of the main cottage, with its own private entrance. Other things to note Please note, due to the original use of the main cottage as a crossing keeper's cottage, this listing is on a main road on a level crossing. However, the Sidings is well soundproofed and the train line lies on the other side of my own cottage. Please note, there is NO TV
