Former rectory Alt-Teterin apartment Turmfalke

On the edge of the 60-soul village of Alt Teterin, 7 km southwest of Anklam, we have created an exclusive 5-star vacation home with all the comforts from the listed former rectory. Two light-flooded apartments with 120 m² and 180 m² of living space offer plenty of space to relax and breathe. The house is situated in a beautiful, 4,000 m², sunny cottage garden with many fruit and nut trees. Families with children, as well as dogs, are welcome here. The space The apartment Turmfalke extends over 180 m² and invites up to 6 people to an unforgettable country vacation. Four individually furnished bedrooms, a cozy fireplace room and a large living room allow even a large family to relax together on vacation. In the spacious living area, the dining table harmoniously connects the open kitchen with the central block and the living room. Here, too, TV and stereo are a matter of course. The kitchen is of course equipped with everything needed for comfortable cooking and well-being. On colder days or in the evening you can meet in the fireplace room, read a good book and warm up by the fireplace. The children will especially enjoy the play and cuddle room under the pointed gable, which adjoins one of the single rooms through an open passage. Guest access The 4,000 m² cottage garden is shared by guests from both apartments. There is no fence within the property that divides the garden. Other things to note From mid-June to mid-September, we rent for a week or more with arrival and departure Saturday or Sunday. Outside the high season, the minimum stay is 3 nights with individual arrival and departure.
