This newly built villa is located at the beautiful foot of Mt. Fuji in Fujikawaguchiko Town. This listing is for Building B of a three-building villa. On a clear day, you can enjoy a stunning view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony or indoors. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a completely private space with an elegant atmosphere with your family and friends. It is also accessible by car in about 7 minutes from Kawaguchiko Interchange. Parking for 3 cars is available next to the building. A barrel sauna is available for use. If you'd like to use the BBQ grill, please apply by the day before, as gas needs to be prepared. The space The first floor has a living room, kitchen, and bathroom with two bathtubs, making it a relaxing space. The second floor is a bedroom with a semi-double size bed. Guest access You will have access to everything in the facility except the equipment warehouse. Other things to note - BBQ grills are available by reservation.Please apply for use by the day before as gas preparation is required. - Strictly no shoes - No smoking in the building - Strictly no fire in the building - Fireworks prohibited - Please refrain from eating on the terrace or balcony after 9 pm. - Please be mindful of the neighborhood, especially after 10 pm. - Please do not take home any fixtures in the building. - Please refrain from eating and drinking in the bedroom and on the bed.
