Nice apartment close to Uppsala.

The apartment is 85 sqm (915sqf). Two bedrooms and one big living room which includes the kitchen. There are two apartments in the house. This apartment is on the upper floor. Both are used as AirBnB apartments. Seperate entrances. Both have their own kitchen with everything necessary like coffee machine, waterboiler, fridge and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Washing machine, dryer and flatiron are in the laundry room. Hi speed Wifi and TV with several channels. Built 2015. The space Pets are allowed. No smoking. Not even outside the house in the garden or on the street. No big partys unless you ask first. More rules: Please make sure the apartment is nice and clean before you leave. If possible as clean as it was when you arrived. If you prefer not to clean after your stay we would appreciate a donation to the SOS Children´s Villages. But inform us of that before you leave. We suggest at least 50€ since it is for a good cause. Leave all used towels, bedsheets, duvets and pillowcases in the laundry room before leaving. Take out all your garbage and empty it in the designated garbage cans outside the house. Brown can for food and green can for the remaining garbage. Guest access You will have access to the upper floor. The entrance is on the east side of the house. The keylock is on the right side of the double door. Parking is right outside of the entrance and if you have more than one car there is a parking space only 30 meters away on Starbovägen. Pleas do not park on the lawn!!! The nearast bus stop is 450 meters from the house. If you want to charge your car we can activate the carcharger. We charge 4 SEK per kWh. Other things to note Starbo is surrounded by a Nature reserve. It is very quiet and calm. You will probably wake up with at least one deer in the garden. You will find everything you need in the house including numerous TV-channels, Apple-TV, CMore, Telia Play, Viaplay, Netflix, HBO Nordic and more. And ofcourse a Playstation. And if you want to practise your bunkershots there is a golfbunker in the garden. But be aware of the windows...
