We are located 5 minutes from the city of Socorro, we are also close to tourist destinations in the city, we are close to Serra Negra, Águas de Lindóia and Bueno Brandão, if you want peace and tranquility our property offers it to you without owing anything !!! The space In the chalet, you have a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, a minibar, a table, kitchen utensils, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. On the property, you have a lake, swimming pool and barbecue near the pool! IMPORTANT - Sheets, pillowcases, pillows and blankets will be available during the stay. - Bath towels will NOT be available. - Personal care products will not be available, except toilet paper and hand soap. - Cleaning supplies such as detergent will be available, sunscreen, repellent, will not be available each guest will be responsible for their own according to their taste and preference. - We provide a coffee maker, blender, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire area of the property. If you stay in the house or in the chalet, you have exclusivity; no area is shared, all are exclusive to the guest!
