Separate room for washing machine and dryer. Washing machine and dryer for a fee. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed. Only use the dishwasher in your presence. Do not use the awning in windy weather and always fold it in when you leave the house. Always close sliding doors and windows when leaving the house. The host is not liable at all for property damage and/or personal injury that occurred during your stay. Damage caused to the home or household goods will be recovered. Intentional damage will be recovered and reported to the Air B&B organization. WiFi is available in every room of the home and is tested in advance by the host. However, the host is not liable for the non-functioning of your devices on the internet. The host assumes that internet use is handled in a neat and correct manner and that no malicious sites are visited. If this is found, a report is immediately made to the police.
