The space Metochi is a small stone house fully renovated in 2023 with respect for the natural environment and with an aesthetic that combines traditional with modern the best way. What makes our house special is its special design that focuses on outdoor living, so our guests can enjoy the pure untouched nature of the surroundings the most. It is ideally situated at a 100m altitude, away from noise and massive tourism of Crete. An open-plan house of 24sqm, with a stone wall divider that separates the bedroom from the kitchen area, smartly designed and furnished with one large comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a flat-screen TV satellite service. The sitting and dining area are found at the full shaded patio with the lawn and old olive trees garden, and the well organized BBQ area. The garden is furnished with comfortable, wooden lounges for enjoyable days under the sun, unforgettable sunsets and amazing stargazing at nights! Other things to note Other things to note include that during evening or at night, it often gets chilly even during summer time, due to location. You might need a jacket to enjoy your evenings and nights at the patio or in the garden of the house. The Cicadas ’melody and other sounds of nature, as well as small visitors will be a given! The house is air conditioned, but the Sea breeze keeps us company almost during all Summer time. Metochi being a stone house, it is cool even in the summer! The house is self-catering and ideally sleeps 2 adults for the most comfort and privacy. A young child up to 4 years old, thought, can be comfortably accommodated using a baby cot free of charge.
