Please have a valid ID and ensure the name on the booking is the person checking in. The entire condo is yours! It has two beds, a pull out sofa and a couch so a lot of space! Beautiful views from the 17th floor right from your windows. Guest access Guests have access to the entire building. The laundry room is on the basement level and a vending machine as well. Other things to note Heating and Air - this is an historic building downtown atl so it is an older unit controlled by the building but there are units in the room to control it for you (high, medium, low). Parking is not included. There is a paid parking lot right next to the building but it is not owned or operated by the host or the building. As such parking costs varies! We have no control over it and it happens everywhere in the city of Atlanta so please be prepared. The unit is in the middle of the city, it is exciting, it is vibrant! The city never sleeps! As such it might be noisy outside
