Please note: as it’s a traditional building with wooden floors, some local sounds may be heard — part of Alfama’s authentic atmosphere. You’ll feel the true Lisbon spirit right at your doorstep. The space The apartment includes: Master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom Second full bathroom Fully equipped kitchen with utensils to prepare meals with ease Living room Private outdoor area (patio), perfect for sunny breakfasts or relaxing dinners Air conditioning (in summer, please do not set the temperature below 19 °C to ensure proper functioning of the unit) Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment and private patio, ensuring a comfortable and independent stay. Other things to note The apartment is located in one of Lisbon’s oldest and most authentic neighborhoods – Alfama. During the month of June, the traditional Santo António festivities take place. Please note that noise from the celebrations is part of the local experience and may be unavoidable. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, suitable for both cooling in summer and heating in winter. ⚠️ Note: in summer, the temperature should not be set below 19 °C to ensure the proper functioning of the unit. For your convenience, we provide some basic amenities for the first days: shower gel, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing liquid, and a garbage bag. 🚭 There is a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. 🕒 For late check-in (after 9:00 PM), an additional fee of €25 applies, payable in cash directly to the person responsible for the check-in.
