Equipped with all the amenities you require, City Oaks promises to be your home away from home for remote workers, contractors, friends and families. The space Features and Amenities: 1. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare your favourite meals with ease in our modern and fully equipped kitchen, with ample worktop space. Appliances included are; microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, grill, hob, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. 2. Dining Room: Enjoy meals together around the 6-seater dining table. 3. Cozy Living Room: Unwind in the comfortable living room, featuring a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater (double) sofa bed, chair and footstool. Use the 43” Smart TV which includes Virgin Stream channels to catch up on your favourite shows or simply kick back and relax. 4. Bedrooms for Restful Nights: Four bedrooms cater to your individual preferences, for your privacy, each bedroom is lockable and comes with its own unique access key. Two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom and one small double bedroom (when using the sofa-bed in the living room) provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. If required, the twin bedrooms can be converted to a Super-King beds. All bedrooms contain white linen, a bedside table, lamp and ample space to hang clothes. 5. Luxurious Bathroom: Start your day off right with a refreshing shower in the spacious bathroom, boasting a large walk-in shower. We always provide high-quality fresh white towels, complimentary hand and body/hair wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience. 6. Downstairs Toilet: An additional downstairs toilet and sink ensures there's no waiting when you need it most. 7. Ample Parking: Leave your parking worries behind! We offer off-road parking for 2 vehicles and more can be comfortably parked on-street outside the front of the property (covered by the CCTV). 8. Serene Rear Garden: Spend some quality time outdoors in our private, secure and peaceful rear garden. Perfect for unwinding. 9. Enhanced Security: Your safety is our priority. Fire-doors are fitted to all living areas, mains-powered fire alarms are on each floor and a CO2 alarm is provided. For added peace of mind, we have CCTV at the front and rear of the property, along with an alarm system that can be used when the property is vacant. 10. High-Speed WiFI: We offer a high-speed wifi through Virgin Media, which is great if you're working from home. 11. Dedicated work areas: We offer 3 work stations throughout the property, a desk with swivel chair in each twin room, plus the dining area. Guest access Guest have access to the full property. Other things to note Our accommodation is conveniently situated in a prime location, offering easy access via road, rail, bus or tram. You'll find essential amenities, shops, and restaurants nearby, making your stay both productive and enjoyable. Sheffield central train station is 5 mins drive or a 15 min walk from the property. I will also require you to complete an online check-in form which includes T&Cs, ID verification and a £250 security deposit hold.
