We are also only a three-minute walk to the Salt Point Natural Area, a renowned birding mecca that also offers trails and a launch for non-motorized watercraft. The space This welcoming home features three upstairs bedrooms (two with new Queen mattresses), a downstairs bathroom with tub, a well-equipped kitchen, formal dining room, cozy living room with smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, central AC and heat, and dedicated laundry room. Brew your morning coffee with award-winning municipal water, and enjoy it on the screened-in three-season front porch. The property offers a private backyard and patio with gas grill, glider bench, table seating for six, lawn chairs and yard games. A freight train on the nearby historic Cayuga Lake Railroad whistles its presence and rolls slowly by, once or twice most weekdays, during daylight hours. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and grounds, with the exception of the basement, attic and two outbuildings, one of which may occasionally be accessed discretely by the owner. Other things to note In addition to the abundance of cultural and natural offerings in the area covered in our Guidebook, there are nearby amenities just up the road, including a pub, brewery, restaurant, pizzeria, sub shop and ice cream stands. The nearest supermarket is a 12-minute drive. This country cutie is in the lakefront climate, where native trees, birds and insects enjoy their natural habitat. Keep your eyes peeled for deer, fox, osprey, hawks and other local residents! Guests are encouraged to prepare for lake country living!
