This beautiful property features both the Cottage and Loft. You can book them individually or together! Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood right off Route 151 within a 5-10 minute drive to all of the Brew Ridge Trail's breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries. You'll find yourself in a mountainside community with Virginia hospitality at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Explore the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain trails by day and kick back at nightfall by the campfire. The space One level living space. Spacious, open floor plan with a sitting room, open kitchen/dining room and family room with TV. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Please note that the driveway is shared with guests next door located above the garage (Blue Rivers Loft), also rented as a short-term rental. Inquire about this unit if you are interested in larger family/friend gatherings! Other things to note The blue stone patio with fire pit is shared with other guests staying at the loft (Blue Rivers Loft) . The back deck is not shared with other guests from Blue Rivers Loft. Firewood is not provided at the fire pit - please be sure to bring your own if you plan to use it!
