The space This space includes a comfortable living area, access to a coffee/tea station and dining space with dishes and cutlery, private bedroom with a queen/single beds (sleeps a small family comfortably) and a full bathroom. You will also have access to laundry machines. You will have almost the entire lower level of the house to yourself. Other things to note My family lives upstairs. While we do our best to be quiet, you will likely hear noises from upstairs at certain times during the day. We are always very respectful of our guests and do our best to keep any noise to a minimum. The house is quiet from 10pm to 6am We have a 10 year-old medium sized dog who is very friendly and rarely barks, but is not allowed down stairs to keep guest area extra clean.
