This brand new apartment is close to downtown Cedar City and only a 45 min drive from Zion. Stylish, spotless, private, and fully stocked. Apartment includes a private bedroom with a King size bed and 55" T.V., along with a living room with a Queen sofa sleeper and 65" T.V. The unit is located in an up and coming industrial park just a short drive away from town. It is west facing and with the large windows you have amazing sunset views. The space Upon entering you will climb a flight of stairs, to the left is the living room with huge windows. The couch has an "amazingly comfortable" pull out queen size bed. The stylish kitchen is fully stocked with an eat/work at bar, and a dining table. A separate bedroom with King size bed, closet and 55” TV. Laundry, linen closet and well lit bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest access The entire unit is available to guests. There are no shared spaces. There is additional free parking available. Other things to note Please be respectful of the quiet hours for the other Airbnb renters in the neighborhood. During the day there may be occasional construction noise, as with all apartments some noise from neighbors may be heard. If this becomes an issue, please let us know so we can address it. No Smoking or Vaping is permitted on premises. No parties are allowed. Violation of either of these two items will result in immediate eviction and a $350 fine We have cameras monitoring the front door. We do not allow pets. We work very hard to keep our units hypoallergenic for all our guests. Violation will result in immediate eviction and 1 day rent and cleaning fee. *Note: We do not allow Bicycles in the unit. We do have a storage option available upon request.
