Pearl (isolated house part)

A quiet, cozy place in a pine forest by the sea! Only 650 m to the central beach, where there are changing rooms, sun loungers for rent, a children's playground, cafes, bars and restaurants. 800 m to the railway station, a bus stop is nearby. The house is divided into 2 parts, in one part lives a married couple and a cat, the second part is rented to guests (when there are no guests, the cat lives in the house). Kitchen, bathroom, separate entrance to the house, terrace – everything you see in the photos is fully provided only to you. The space One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. Guest access You can use the bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen with dining room, terrace and courtyard, as well as park your car in the courtyard (it can accommodate 2 cars). You can't use the garage, basement, and back entrance. Other things to note Breakfast groceries are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also use our inflatable mattresses (pump available) and take them to the beach. There is also badminton, board games. In the yard there is a summer sofa, an armchair, a dining table, chairs, umbrellas and a hammock. For an additional 10 euros per day, you can use the grill (the host will provide charcoal and accessories). Note: Do not burn firewood in the ceramic grill. For an extra 5 euros, you can use the washing and drying machines.
