Nice central room

Cozy accommodation with a central location in Grønland. You will find many nice cafes and restaurants just outside the door, and a stone's throw away is the beautiful Botanical Garden. There is a short walking distance to the city center and Grünerløkka. If you want to swim or take a sauna, you are 15 minutes away from Bjørvika and Sørenga. At Sørenga you can also rent a kayak. About 15 min walk to Oslo S (central station) and 10 min to Oslo bus terminal. 7 min walk to the subway where all lines stop. The space You have a bedroom with a single bed of 80 cm. You also have a work desk with a screen and a wardrobe. In addition, you have a shelf in the fridge. Guest access You share bathroom and kitchen with me. The bathroom has a bathtub that you stand and shower in. It is not possible to take a bath. You have the possibility to wash clothes. In the kitchen you have your own shelf in the fridge, and you will find a kettle and coffee press in addition to a microwave. There is also a stove that can be used. During your stay I am mostly available on messages and phone when I am not in the apartment. It may take some time before I respond when I'm at work, but otherwise I respond quickly. Other things to note It is important that we agree in good time when you arrive within the check-in time, so that I am home to let you in and welcome you. I usually go to bed early, so I appreciate that check-in times are respected. Guests who want to rent the room must have good reviews from previous stays. Unfortunately, guests without reviews are not accepted.
