Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cozy little home has been completely set up with Airbnb guests in mind. We have taken special care to meet all of your needs and to provide the most comfortable experience possible. The space A great location for anyone visiting Perkins or the surrounding area. Centrally located on a corner lot and adjacent to a stop sign that slows traffic. The bedrooms are connected to the living room in a way that provides privacy without a sense of seclusion. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property to include the fenced in backyard. The washer and dryer are located in the attached garage. The garage is NOT setup to allow parking inside. Please do not open the overhead garage door. You may access the backyard through the back door in the garage or the gates on the side of the house. Other things to note PETS: 1.) Pets must be 2+ years of age, max of 2. 2.) Crating is highly encouraged when you leave the unit or at night time. 3.) Dogs that bark cannot be left alone in the unit. If they are barking and disturbing neighbors, we may ask that you kennel your pups. 4.) Please always clean up after your pets, even outside. There will be a fine if our cleaners have to spend extra time picking up puppy poo in the yard. 5.) Please keep pets off furniture.   This includes the couch and beds. 6.) There is a vacuum cleaner in the lower bedroom closet to help manage pet hair. PLEASE NOTE: $250 deep cleaning fee for any pet accidents and/or if a “dog” odor is left behind. Any property damage (including bedding) results in forfeiture of all/partial security deposit and potential further action. Owner and management company reserve the right to verify pet count, animal size and animal presence in person at the unit during daytime hours. I had planned on keeping this property pet free due to the size of the property and the amount of extra cleaning required. However, I understand that many of our guests have pets that are arguably cleaner and better behaved than people. I really enjoy providing a comfortable and accommodating place to stay during your and your pet’s visit. In order for me to continue allowing pets, please make an effort to leave little to no evidence that a pet was there.
