The Parlor 2* with peaceful, tranquil views

Welcome to the country and an actual renovated milking Parlor! Our place is ideal for relaxing inside or sitting on the porch, soaking in the beauty of a sunset or watching cows, donkeys, and horses on our working farm! We welcome long term guests and offer weekly and monthly discounts. We allow 5 adults with an extra single mattress under bunks if needed. We are less than 10 min to Abbeville, 12 min to Erskine College and Due West, & 17 min. to Diamond Hill Mine. NO PETS ALLOWED The space The Parlor Two is our 2nd apartment (hence the name! :) in the farms actual former milking parlor, renovated fully and new in April, 2023. No worries, you'll have the place to yourself as our son occupies the first apartment and has a busy work schedule so you likely won't hear or see him. With open fields, roads to walk, and animals to see, it'll truly be a place to relax. We live right across the yard but you'll have plenty of privacy to come and go at your leisure. Our space offers a kitchen/living great room, two private bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with bunk beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower. We have a Smart TV in the Living room which you can use to sign into your own account such as Netflix, Hulu, You Tube TV and etc. There is parking designated for your stay. Once you enter our driveway, straight ahead and a slight right is the paved parking lot for the parlor. Guest access You'll have access to the whole apartment Other things to note We prefer no smoking but if you must, please refrain from it less than 20 feet from any buildings. By request, we will gladly accommodate late checkouts if there are no new guests coming in the day you leave.
