The building is made of natural materials with large glass surfaces that open to the courtyard, thus making the interior and exterior a single space. The property offers a beautiful view of the lake. The house abounds in charming improvisations that contribute to visual harmony, comfort and functionality. The space The guest is offered the interior space of the building and the space of the yard. Due to the favorable climate throughout the year, both areas have equal use value. The interior space is fluid and consists of a kitchen, a dining and socializing area, which, by moving the glass wall, opens onto a large terrace with a view of the lake. On the gallery, which is connected by internal stairs, there is a bedroom with a view of the lake and the sky. A small bathroom with a shower is a part of the object and is fully functional. Veranda extends the entire width of the building and ends with a small garden with organic vegetables and herbs. There is a barbecue area on the side of the building. The guest also has a terrace with sunbeds that offers an immediate experience of the lake above which it is located. All these spaces are intended exclusively for the guest.
