Open kitchen/living room area, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, bathroom with shower. Everything is newly renovated! Located in the heart of the medieval village with all amenities nearby. Ideal for discovering southern Ardèche: river swimming, cave visits, hiking or biking, kayaking down the Ardèche… Free parking 1 min away. The space The apartment is ideal for families with 4 children max. 🤩 It is equipped with a living net that looks like a trampoline but is not one🫤! Kids love to hang out and relax on the cushions. Comic books are available. The downstairs living room with its floor cushions invites you to relax. You have two bedrooms: 💤the green bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed for a couple and a 90 cm single bed. 💤the yellow bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double sofa bed for a couple or children and a 90 cm single bed. Beds are made for your arrival. The kitchen has everything you need. I provide you with: salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar, tea, coffee, filters…. Dishes and utensils are new.
