Private Basement Guest Suite

Welcome to our charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom basement retreat nestled in the heart of picturesque Bountiful, Utah. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our cozy space offers the perfect home away from home. Get the best of both worlds by staying in a peaceful neighborhood that is a quick drive from the airport and to many local attractions and restaurants. Whatever your adventure (mountains, night out in downtown Salt Lake, shopping, restaurants, etc.) we are close to it all. Guest access To access the space there is a private stairwell entrance to the basement under the carport. The stairs are steep so please be careful. If arriving in the evening there are motion sensor lights under the carport and as you descend the stairs to the door. Please leave the exterior light on at all times (as labeled on the light switch) so the motion sensor will work when dark. Other things to note Please note the stairs at the entrance are quite steep. We live in the upstairs so you may hear some noise during the day. We respect the quiet time hours 10 pm-6 am and ask that guests are also respectful of quiet time. Thank you.
